4.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000. Weekly limit is Rp 200,000,000. Monthly limit is Rp 500,000,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI are typically processed within 3-8 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA) are processed within 1-3 minutes, 24/7. First-time withdrawals and large amounts (over Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification time of 2-4 hours.
• Verification Requirements: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 6. Betting Rules and Game Terms

• Postponed or Canceled Events: If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours or canceled entirely, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned before completion, bet settlement depends on the sport and market. Generally, bets are void unless the outcome was already determined at the time of abandonment.
• Live Betting Delays: Live betting odds and markets are subject to slight delays due to data transmission. rr889 is not responsible for bet acceptance delays that may affect your wagering decisions.
• Asian Handicap and Over/Under: Asian handicap and over/under bets are settled based on the full-time result including injury time but excluding extra time unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

10. Account Closure and Suspension

• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes
• Any remaining balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method
• Your personal data will be retained for the period required by law for record-keeping and regulatory compliance

10.2 Suspension and Termination by rr889

rr889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
